- Oct 24, 25 & 31 - Halloween Kids Festival at the Pen
- Nov 1 - Start of Winter hours (10am-4pm, Wed to Sun )
- Nov 27 - Museums close for Thanksgiving Day
- Dec 5 - Annual Christmas Festival at the Pen. Drawing for the Raffle Car
- Dec 25-Jan 13 - All Museums close for Holidays. Prison and Auto Museums re-open Wednesday 14th January 2009 at 10am
