Frequently Asked Questions

Can the scare actors touch you? 

No, the scare actors cannot touch you. You are also expected to not touch the actors.

What if I get too scared and need to get out?

Our scare actors are trained on ways to get you out of the maze. We do not offer refunds for people who cannot finish the maze.

What time does it start?

The doors to the Old Montana Prison Visitor Center will open at 6:00 pm and close at midnight. As long as you are through the doors of the visitor center by midnight when they close, you will be able to still go through.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept debit/credit cards, cash, and check.

Can I buy tickets online?

No, we do not sell tickets for the Terror in the Cellhouse event online. Tickets will be available at the Old Montana Prison Visitor Center front desk the nights of the event.

Are there restrooms?

Yes, portable restrooms and wash stations will be on site in the Old Prison Yard

How should I dress? Can I come in a costume?

You should always dress warm since the cellhouse is not heated. Please wear comfortable lace up shoes. No sandals or flip-flops. We ask that you do not wear a costume to the event.

Is smoking or alcohol allowed onsite?

No, we do not allow any smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages onsite.

How can I be a scare actor?

Being a non-profit, all our scare actors are volunteers, and we wouldn't be able to do this without them. If you are interested in volunteering as a scare actor for Terror in the Cellhouse, contact Melissa at Events@pcmaf.org
