Dear Friends of the Museum,
2025 was an incredible year for memberships. We truly appreciate your support and commitment, which have been instrumental in our mission to preserve and interpret the History at The Powell County Museum and Arts Foundation. Know that it is impossible to continue our growth in the upcoming year without your help!
The PCMAF is excited to share with you the progress that has taken place and will take place in 2025-2026. We are persevering on multiple conservation projects to improve our facilities, such as:

Continuing replacement of sidewalks

New and improved exhibits in the Administration Building

New Exhibits in the Maximum Security Building

The Galloping Gallows will be displayed in the Courtyard

Another New Addition is in the works for the Auto Collection Museum with more incredible vehicles.
The benefits of becoming a member will continue to include quarterly Newsletters, unlimited admission to all FIVE Museums, and 10% discount on all items in the Gift Shop. A new benefit to members will be a 10% discount on the rental price of the Pen Convention Center – a great place to hold family reunions, other types of reunions, Weddings or other events.
The operating expenses to keep our facilities open are ever-increasing, as we operate without State or Federal Funding, your membership plays a crucial role in sustaining our efforts, commitment, and drive towards our ongoing mission to preserve history.
A membership form is on the back of this letter, or you can go to WWW.PCMAF.org and fill one out online. There is a range of options, and each one is tax-deductible under our non-profit 501C 3 organization. Also keep a watch out for the “2025 Win a Classic Car Raffle” and consider buying tickets. This is one of our biggest yearly fundraisers, and all proceeds go back to the Museum and Auto Collection.
